Our coffee journey begins with a careful selection of only the bright red, fully ripe coffee cherries — handpicked one by one at the peak of their maturity.
After harvesting, the cherries are naturally sun-dried and then processed using traditional methods passed down through generations. This gentle, time-honored approach preserves the coffee’s natural sweetness and enhances its complex flavors.
Once dried, the beans are sorted, rested, and freshly roasted in small batches to bring out their unique aroma and character.
Each cup you enjoy carries the dedication of our farmers, the richness of Indonesian soil, and the essence of craftsmanship from harvest to roast.
